Basic Prophetic Truths

A) God has determined 7,000 years for Man on this present World. With the exception of Genesis 1:1,(The Pre-Adamite Earth), and Genesis 1:2, (The Chaotic Earth); Revelation 21 and 22, (The New Earth), and other related Scriptures, the Bible gives us Man's History covering these 7,000 years from the Restoration, beginning in Genesis 1:3, through the Great White Throne Judgment in Revelation 20:15. These 7,000 years are divided into two parts: 6,000 years for Man's domination and rule, and 1,000 years for the rule of Jesus Christ on this Earth. This corresponds with God's "Creative Week" found in Genesis 1-3: Six days of creation (work) for Man, one day of rest for God.

B) Jesus must return to this Earth before there can be a Millennium of peace on this Earth. Since we will reign with Him during this Millennium, He must first come for his Saints. Seven years later, His Saints will come with Him to establish His Kingdom on this Earth. Satan will be bound, and his evil influence, during this Millennium (1,000 years) allowing true peace to come to our planet.

C) There will be a 7 year Tribulation Period that will precede the Millennium.The Tribulation period will be included in the 6,000 years allotted to Man, and will be divided into two parts of equal duration lasting 3 1/2 years each. The first part will be known as the Tribulation, while the second part will be known as the Great Tribulation. This 7 year period will end with the "Revelation" of Jesus Christ and battle of Armageddon.

D) The True Church, (The Saved of the Earth, dead and living, who span the 2,000 years of Christian History), will be Resurrected and Raptured before the Tribulation. The true Church will not go through any part of the Tribulation Period because this period is for Israel, not the Church.

E) The True Church will be caught away during the Jewish Feast of Trumpets; better known today as Rosh Hashana, the beginning of the Jewish New Year.

F) The Tribulation will begin 10 days later on the Day of Atonement, the most Holy day in all Israel and among all Jews.

G) Israel will sign two treaties leading up to the Tribulation. The first one has already been signed,  (September 13, 1993), and is known as, '' THE COVENANT WITH DEATH''. The second treaty will initiate the Tribulation Period and is called, ''AN AGREEMENT WITH HELL''. (Isaiah 28:15)

H) Yassar Arafat is ''Death'' with whom Israel has signed the first treaty. The Anti-Christ is ''Hell'' with whom Israel and many nations will sign the second treaty, supposedly strenghtening the first treaty. (Daniel 9:27)

I) The True Church will be caught away before this strengthening or ''Confirmation'' of the ''Covenant With Death''.

J) The Generation that witnesses the rebirth of Israel and its in-gathering from all nations, will be the Generation that will witness the return of Jesus Christ in the Rapture, and the Tribulation Period. (Matthew 24:32-34)
